Changes to Order:
Due to our fast-shipping method, we may or may not be able to change shipping addresses after the order is placed. If your order is already processed and prepared for shipment no changes can be made.
Returns & Exchanges:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL; if you have questions regarding a specific ingredient you may be allergic to, please submit an email to ShopJasminumHaircare@gmail.com. Please write: URGENT (your order number) in the subject line.
When Will My Order Be Shipped:
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship with an additional 2-5 days for transit depending on first class or priority. If you ordered a PRE-ORDER item be sure to look at the date the item is estimated to ship.
My Order is Lost or Stolen:
If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.
Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is most of the time.
It is highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages, please have a person at your address sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.
Billing & Payment:
Any orders that are flagged by our billing dept for any reason (incorrect billing CVV etc.) will require additional information such as a photo of ID and proof of address. Orders flagged will take longer for shipping since these orders are skipped over during order normal process and shipping hours. As much as we appreciate your order, we must protect ourselves first and take all precautions before shipping any flagged orders to assure there are no frauds.

I will restock our most popular items and post on the Jasminum official Website, Facebook & Instagram pages identified as @JasminumHaircare & @iloveJazzyJ. I give our subscribers a first look on Restocks and New products.
